Our Madagascar vanilla from Madaexports features Grade A vanilla beans, which are visually stunning. These beans are plump, pliable, and filled with fresh vanilla bean caviar. With a dark, chocolate-like color and a soft texture due to their higher moisture content, they are easily sliced open to extract the caviar for a rich vanilla bean paste, abundant in vanillin, resulting in a unique aroma and taste. We can also source Grade B vanilla beans, often referred to as 'extract-grade' beans, which are ideal for making vanilla extract due to their lower moisture content and shorter size.
