Madagascar is renowned to be the World largest producer of vanilla beans accounting to 80% world production.

Our vanilla from Madaexports, Madagascar Planifolia (Grade A) vanilla bean is visually a more beautiful bean. It is plump, pliable and full of fresh vanilla bean caviar. It is dark and chocolate-like in color and the texture is soft due to their higher moisture content. It is easily sliced open to remove the caviar for vanilla bean paste, rich with vanillin thus the beautiful unique aroma and taste. 

We can also source Grade B vanilla beans often referred to 'Extract-grade' beans. It is the preferred bean to make vanilla extract. it has a low moisture content and is shorter in size
